Q:  Is my vehicle too big? 
A:   We are able to wash vehicles up to 35’ long that are no taller than 7’ 2” at West Jordan and 7’ 4” at Draper. 

Q: Are my tires too wide?
A:  Maximum tire width is 12.5”. Sorry no dualies, Dualies can only be accommodated at the West Jordan location with our Hand Wash.

Q: Will your car wash scratch my vehicle?
A: No, we have four reasons why we can not scratch a vehicle.

1. Each vehicle is thoroughly prepped to spray off dirt and debris.
2. Our tunnel brushes are made of ultra-soft, non-porous foam.
3. Our brushes do not go into the beds of trucks.
4. Every vehicle is dried by hand using clean towels for each vehicle.

Q: How long does it take to get my vehicle cleaned inside and out?
A: About 25-30 minutes. On a really busy day it may take longer.

Q: Do I need an appointment for a full detail and how long does it take?
A: We definitely recommend an appointment because we tend to book up a day or two in advance. The full detail will take anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on size of vehicle and soilage.
